Profile: 福岡大学商学部経営学科准教授。東京大学大学院総合文化研究科博士課程単位取得退学。専門領域は組織論、理論社会学。社会学者ニクラス・ルーマンの社会学的システム論を主として、意味編成と意思決定の観点から組織を分析しています。

My areas of expertise are organization theory and theoretical sociology. I analyze organizations mainly based on Niklas Luhmann's sociological systems theory. Although my publications cover a wide range of fields, including temporality and boundary of organizations, and the sociology of morality, they are consistent in their treatment of the boundaries and attribution of individuals in organizations.
